Tucked away in an old antique steamer from the old country, stowed up in the attic under a century of dust was her great, great grandmother's wedding gown. A beautiful ivory masterpiece of handmade lace and delicate ivory pearls. Slips and corsets, old photographs and invitations. Rose was indeed a beauty!

Got this wild idea not too long ago. Almost couldn't sleep all night. I was so excited!

Well, I got all started and then sadly my steam ran out. The starch came out of my collar, the scent off the rose, you know what I mean.

I don't like that when that happens.

I figured if I could make dieting fun, I could accomplish a couple goals at the same time. A book and a new svelte body. HaHa!

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels! Nothing! Now just don't tell me that when I'm ravenous, starving or just simply craving that rich gooey dessert sitting in the bakery case.

It is true my greatest demon, my greatest foe, my greatest challenge is not a person, but FOOD!
